Terms and Conditions Agreement for Afreemote.com

a. User Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our platform.

b. User Accounts: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords. Users agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

a. User Content: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content they post on Afreemote.com, including job listings, project descriptions, services, and qualifications.

b. User Conduct: Users agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Payment Terms

b. Payment Disputes: Users agree to promptly resolve any payment disputes with other users through the platform’s dispute resolution process.

6. User Privacy

a. Privacy Policy: Users agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data.

7. Termination

a. Termination by Users: Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the platform’s account closure process.

b. Termination by Afreemote.com: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion, with or without cause, if we believe that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the property of Afreemote.com and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. License: By posting content on Afreemote.com, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their content on our platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the platform “as is” and make no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Users use the platform at their own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
